Hacking For Humanity 2018 Hackathon

We’re calling on creative, product, marketing and tech talent in and around Gibraltar to innovate for social change.

We’re teaming up with non-profits, charities and community initiatives to uncover solutions that would help strengthen the social enterprise sector in and around Gibraltar. Hackers will be challenged to solve real-world challenges and pain points that are facing these hard-working organisations. The charities signed up this year are:

• Clubhouse Gibraltar
• The Nautilus Project
• The Helping Hand Trust
• GibSams
• Gibraltar Heritage Trust

The weekend will be punctuated by breakout sessions and tech talks from various industry leaders, as well as plenty of opportunities for networking. Snacks, lunch and copious amounts of coffee will be supplied.

09:00: Welcome and introductions

09:15: Hackathon starts

12:30: Lunch is served

15:30: GiG Lightning Talk (final time to be confirmed)

15:50: Hacking continues as people wish

Sign up as a team (not more than 5 per team) or as an individual and we'll match you with complimentary hackers. So, form a team, solve a problem, create something awesome, present it to the audience and win prizes!
